Whether the cover of the bottom u channel is smooth without making any noise (attached with an elastic strip).

Push and pull with hand to check if the screws on the side columns are tightened properly.

Whether the silicone is filled on the back, bottom and sides of the side columns.

Whether the protruding screws tightened on the side columns are sealed with silicone.

Whether the side columns and the central column are perpendicular to the ground level (by checking with level staff).

Whether the waterproof strips on the side columns and the waterproof strip on the central column extended 1 cm into the waterproof strip on the bottom u channel.

Whether the bottoms of the concave waterproof plates between the side columns and central column are on the same level with the bottom u channel (uncover the waterproof strip and check with your finger).

Whether the waterproof gasket at the bottom of the central column can be closely attached to the horizontal wing plates on the bottom u channel.

Whether the pre-embedded bolts on the central column and the diagonal support are properly tightened.

Whether the central column and the diagonal support are smoothly installed (3-point screw drilling tests are performed on the connection between the central column and the diagonal support as well as the diagonal support and the diagonal support base)

Whether the waterproof plates are smoothly installed (where there is a gap of a finger width on both sides).

Whether there is a flooding test with the water level of (  ) cm.

Whether the multi-stage compression lock can be pressed against the waterproof plate at each stage.

Whether the pressing screws of each column can be pressed and released smoothly.

15

Whether the lower compression strip is less than 15 cm from each column.

Customers are taught to install the waterproof gate every step of the way.
